South Orlando Soccer Club sells official gear from Adidas and other Authorized dealers, Enjoy.
How will a product fit?
Our goal is to give you confidence by providing detailed information on how each and every product fits. Still, sometimes it is best to try something on. If you would like to try something on, please come to our retail shop partner United World Soccer located in the Florida Mall.
What if a product is out of stock?
If you would like to purchase an item that is out of stock, please contact our Soccer Gear Gurus at email@example.com. Merchandise is available in limited quantities and sizes.
Can I personalize a jersey?
Yes if you are authorized by the soccer club! Add your favorite player’s name and number. Personalization is available on select jerseys before adding the item to your cart.
How do I care for my jersey?
Take care of your jersey, and it will take care of you. We highly recommend washing jerseys inside out, in cold water and then air dry (warning: dryers will destroy badges and logos).
What if a product I purchased is defective?
We accept returns and exchanges of defective products within 30 days of the purchase date. Like you, we play soccer and know the normal wear and tear of soccer gear. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of normal wear and tear.
What is South Orlando Soccer Shop’s return / exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges in the original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and include the original tags and packaging.
How do I make a return / exchange?
If you need a different size, color, item or would like to return the order. please contact our Soccer Gear Guru at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will send a return authorization approval via email with a shipping label and walk you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
10-14 days after your return is processed.
Who pays for the shipping?
Returns and exchanges don’t cost you a penny. Use the return shipping label that we will send you.
When will I receive my order?
All Central Florida residents should receive their order the next business day after order has been shipped. Once order is placed, they normally within 1 or 2 days business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Track on, trackers.
